Hoof testers are a tool to test for hoof pain in horses.

Most commonly used by Veterinarians and farriers hoof testers are a tool that looks like a long-handled pincer with flat or rounded tips.

The device that can be used to apply gentle pressure to any spot on the horse's sole, toe, or heel area in order to localize pain.

Our standard 'flat' hoof tester is 14.5 ins / 375 mm in length, with a 115 mm W x 105 mm H head.
