A light forged Clinch-Cutter/Buffer is designed for efficient cleaning of the hoof and to straighten or break the nail clinches. The hoof-pick part is also useful for opening unfinished nail-holes. Mustad clinch-cutters are manufactured out of durable tool steel and hardened to maintain sharpness.
