Stromsholm's 3mm Supersoles are a very widely used plastic hoof pad.

Stromsholm Supersoles are designed to aid concussion, sore feet, sensitive feet and those that suffer from stony uneven ground. 

They are available in a Soft or Firm version and measure 6 5/8 ins across the width by 7 1/2 ins toe to heel diagonal.
